This house just underwent a complete exterior restoration. Front porch concrete pad was removed and a new one installed. Entire house was sided with Certain-Teed vinyl siding. All eaves, fascias and windows were capped with aluminum. New vinyl columns were installed on front porch. These applications make this home 99% maintenance free.
